As you use them, you will notice that different cards carry different time limits. These minutes available
per card, can vary by Country of intended call,use of over seas operators,as well as whether or not you are calling a
home phone(land link) or cell(mobile) phone.The ability to connect can also vary.This can be affected by country,time of day,line
usage,and availability of satellite connections.
Phone cards are often the best way to go if you intend to call over seas, unless you carry international phone
services with your phone service provider.
